Interviewing with Confidence in the Age of Covid-19
Develop the clarity and confidence to ace your interviews
Most people hate interviewing for jobs. They feel anxious and fear being judged. But with the right coaching, an interview can become an enjoyable conversation that demonstrates why you are the perfect fit for the job. This course will prepare you to ace your next behavioral or traditional interview by teaching planning, practice, and follow-up skills.
You will sharpen your interview skills under the direction of a former recruiter who has prepared hundreds of job seekers for successful interviews. As a result of taking this course, participants will be prepared mentally and physically for job interviews and post-interview follow up.
This program is designed for everyone from the Senior Executive to the recent graduate entering the workforce for the first time.
Two 45-minute group video sessions and two private video meetings with the instructor.
- Meeting times TBD
- Four weeks
- New cohort each month

She has worked with employers in multiple industries, and, in some cases, staffed entire companies. As a recruiter, she found her greatest satisfaction in coaching candidates to land their dream jobs.
Do you look forward to job interviews? Are you confident that you can answer any interview question thrown at you? Do you have a great list of questions to ask your potential employers? Do you know what to wear to an interview?
If you answered “No” to any of these questions, this course is for you.
This course consists of 3 sessions over 4 classes:
Session 1 - Group class:
- Physical and mental preparation (including techniques for calming pre-interview nerves)
- Navigating a Zoom interview
- Preparation for both behavioral and traditional interview questions
- Questions to ask the interviewer
- Post-interview follow-up
- 1-1 mock interview practice with the instructor (2 sessions)
Sessions 2 and 3 - Individual sessions:
- One on one interview prep with Adina
Session 4 - Group class:
- Practice interview skills with classmates
- Examined what worked/areas for improvement
The initial group session will introduce key interviewing concepts while providing ample opportunities to ask questions. The individual sessions will allow participants to focus on those topics/areas of value to them and the final group session will let them apply what they've learned while getting a unique opportunity to experience the interviewer's perspective.
What Our Clients Say
Working with Adina was terrific. She challenged me to think about what I needed to ask and say as I prepared for a job interview, something I haven’t done for almost 10 years. What [Adina] said was spot on as I was fully prepared for the in-person interview. (That is, the questions she asked me and the answers I prepared were what the interviewers asked too!)
I appreciated the thoughtfulness of her approach and was impressed by the obvious knowledge and passion she has for her work. Finally, I’ve known, respected, and worked with Adina for over 20 years and she continues to impress me with her skills.
Before working with Adina, I felt stuck in my career and had attempted time after time to move on to the “next level” I thought I had tried everything until I met Adina. She had great ideas, motivated me, and kept me on track to achieve what I couldn’t on my own.
Adina’s diverse recruiting and coaching experience provides an “employer perspective” and sheds new light on career opportunities. She has always been readily available and goes the extra mile. Adina views your success as her success and is persistent in making sure you accomplish your goals.
Coaching Client: Getting Unstuck
I was changing careers “mid-life” and [Adina] helped me re-do my LinkedIn profile, resume, elevator pitch, and rethink how I talked about my experience. I was jump-starting my career after a pause to raise a family so instead of looking at my skills as outdated, she helped me recognize that my skills and experience are extremely valuable. She had that balance of being supportive yet down-home honest. She sets high expectations and you feel motivated to meet them. As a former recruiter, she knows what recruiters are looking for. I’ve successfully re-launched my career thanks to Adina. I highly recommend her!
