This group is intended for Women in leadership roles who are mid-way through their careers and have lost their jobs, are in transition or wish to pivot to a new career or industry.
We meet each Tuesday at Noon PST for one hour. Your time commitment will be approx 3-4 hours per week.

About the Coach
Kathy Parks is an ICF Certified Coach with a Coaching Certificate from the University of Texas at Dallas, has an Executive MBA from Purdue with an undergraduate degree in Psychology.
Kathy works with individuals just starting out their leadership careers, or all the way up the corporate ladder. She is passionate about helping people uncover their self-limiting beliefs, habits and blind spots that can hold them back from the person they could be, in the career they were destined to have. Because transformational change is difficult on your own.
