Personal Profile

Danielle’s career pivoted into career coaching back in 2009 when she began working at Futures Academy, in Aurora, Colorado. She was teaching a college and careers class and mentoring students who were dual-enrolled in community college.

Danielle noticed students looked at jobs as a means of making money, not as something that could bring them a sense of purpose. While Danielle enjoyed working with her students, there were other elements of the job that were leading to burnout. These factors prompted Danielle to begin her journey of understanding her needs and what would bring her more fulfillment.

Through taking psychology workshops and confronting parts of her childhood, she began connecting the dots between her childhood memories and core motivations today. When she started to face her story of childhood bullying, she began to recognize her gifts. She discovered that her desire to connect with others deeply motived her, and she became highly perceptive of others because of her need for acceptance.

Now she uses storytelling in her practice to help others understand their core motivations and natural problem-solving abilities that should be highlighted in their career.

Danielle is in the process of publishing her book, To Come Full Circle, so she can share her unique method of clarifying one’s career direction with the world.
